We routinely type survey reports, engineering reports, sales and letting particulars and correspondence for property professional including surveyors, engineers, estate agents and others in associated businesses.
We manage databases of properties for such professionals and collate information for future reference. We assist in price comparisons for valuations and lease renewals using historic stored data.
Property Back Office
Our core service to the property sector is the provision of audio typing and transcription of daily correspondence, notes, and minutes of meetings. Surveyors send to us on a daily basis dictated survey reports either to be typed from scratch or alternatively using their standard templates.
Inventory agents send us their inventory dictations and photographs for us to create a comprehensive tenancy regulation inventory. These clients require a very fast turnaround.
Users also routinely dictate urgent items such as faxes and email using our expedited turnaround leaving them free to carry on with other key tasks as opposed to keying in text to a PC.
Dictation can be sent to us from client’s premises, from on a building site or whilst commuting using a laptop or a smart phone.
Many of our property professional clients work from home or divide their work between home and office and we can communicate with them wherever they may be.
